You retain full copyright over anything you publish on Quorum. Publishing here grants Quorum a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your paper — it does not transfer ownership.
You confirm that every listed author consented to publication and that the work is original or properly credited where it builds on prior research. Misrepresenting authorship or data is grounds for delisting.
Once submitted, your paper — including your name, affiliation, abstract, and manuscript — becomes publicly visible and open to comment. This cannot be reversed by unpublishing after significant public engagement, though corrections can be filed at any time.
Public comments are moderated for conduct, not for viewpoint. Harassment or bad-faith reviewing may be removed and repeat offenders may lose commenting privileges.
Quorum charges no submission fee and no subscription fee for reading. This may change only with 90 days' public notice, and never for papers already published at the time of change.
